Baked Mascarpone Tart with Raspberries

Peakhouse Foods development chefs have used their expertise to create delicious and unique Mascarpone Tarts that are freeze/thaw stable.

Rich, buttery, short crust pastry filled with Mascarpone and raspberries.

The tarts are frozen and pre portioned into 12 servings, with interleaves between the portions. Individual portions may be taken straight from the freezer and are ready to serve in a very short time.

The tarts are best served well chilled.
