Peakhouse Foods Limited is a privately owned company incorporated in 1987. Roger Allen-Muncey and his team took over the management of the Company in the autumn of 1993. Peakhouse Foods has since grown to become the premier supplier of fully baked, frozen quiches to the U.K. foodservice market as well as supplying that sector with premium quality, savoury and dessert pies. Peakhouse Food's products are used by caterers of all kinds throughout the U.K. and increasingly in Europe. Peakhouse manufactures own brand quiches and pies for some of the larger frozen food wholesalers and Cash and Carry groups as well as dealing directly with multi-site caterers in all foodservice sectors.
The Company has a substantial, modern manufacturing site in Birmingham where a full high-care factory is operated. Testing and quality controls are very stringent, ensuring full traceability and the highest possible standards for all products. The company maintains British Retail Consortium Accreditation and, is EAP Approved.

Peakhouse Foods quiches, savoury and dessert pies are made without using artificial colourings, flavouring or additives. Great care is taken with the products, using only the very highest quality raw materials. All suppliers to Peakhouse Foods must meet the same exacting quality standards and controls that Peakhouse Foods adheres to.
